TILDA Strategic Consulting LLC derives its name from Tilda, a German-origin term meaning “mighty in battle.” Rooted in the Old High German words maht (might, strength) and hild (battle), the name embodies resilience, discipline, and strategic clarity. It also honors the strength of my mother, who proudly carried Mathilda as her middle name. These qualities inform the standard of excellence that guides our work.

As Principal of TILDA Strategic Consulting LLC, Kim Winslow is an accomplished energy industry executive with more than 35 years of experience leading high-performing teams and advancing strategic initiatives across the utility sector. Her career includes senior leadership positions at Black & Veatch and Evergy.

Most recently, Ms. Winslow provided strategic oversight for a comprehensive portfolio of customer-focused programs across Missouri and Kansas, encompassing demand-side management, distributed energy resources, renewable energy solutions, and beneficial electrification. She directed the development and implementation of initiatives that enhanced operational performance, aligned with regulatory and policy priorities, and expanded innovative offerings for residential and commercial customers.
